  after effects andupdate

  I have been using AE for a long time and this has never happened. In order to update my work I need to hold the alt key presses. I know I have seen this option somewhere cannt seem to find again though. Please help me.

  Click the Live Update enabler at the top of the Timeline panel. It looks like a square with, like, a square spiderweb.
