  film to digibeta FCP setup question

  i’m about to cut a 35mm project. i’m having the lab transfer it to digibeta. what specs should i tell them if i’m cutting in FCP, giving them a CMODE, and color correcting selects from film back to digibeta?

  Are you going back to Film? Is the film 3 perf or 4 perf?

  i’m not going back to film. its for a :30 spot

  The dailies are being dumped to Digibeta, I’m doing the offline, then sending and EDL to the Lab where they’ll do an unsupervised 35 mm to HDSR 4:4:4 Technical Master, from which we’ll do the color correct, and dump back for Digibeta for broadcast.
