  converting PowerPoint to QuickTime?

  anybody know the best way to get a PowerPoint Presentation into FCP?

  Export it as a quicktime from PPT.

  Open it keynote and export as quicktime.

  the best way is to rent a scan converter, and record it to tape (or straight to FCP) and then capture that way. You can reformat as you need with the scan converter with the utmost quality and the transitions will play correctly (if you need those).

  I forgot that you can also export the PPT as an image sequence as well.
