  How to convert a 1080p 25fps video to a 1080p 30fps

  I wonder how I can convert a 1080p 25fps video to a 1080p 30fps. I need to make a NTSC DVD out of my 1080p 25fps edited final video. Could anyone shed some light on the subject please? I have never done conversion from one system to another before.

  This particular forum is for speaking to the people who operate the COW. Unfortunately we don’t know anything about this problem.

  The best place to ask is in the forum for the software you are editing — Adobe Premiere, Apple FCP and FCPX, Sony Vegas, etc. Is it one of those? Here are some links for you. Just click on the name of the forum to take you to the right place.
