  Is there a keystroke for accessing and scrolling through the menu bar at the top of the screen.

  G5 Dual 2.0 GHz processor, OSX.4.8

  hmm… that’s an interesting idea.

  i’ve got a very vague recollection of being able to do that on a windows system,

  but in FCP, no.

  CNTRL+F2 will get you up there, then arrows to navigate (If its turned on in system preferences)
