  Capturing Problem Some DV’s

  Hello
  I have G5 Dual 2 GHZ with 2 GB RAM and Final CutPro 5, Sony DSR 11 and DSR 45P.
  The problem is that when I CAPTURE the footage on mini DV made by Panasoinc Company few secneds Capture then abort Capture or autmatically out the Capture Window. I Change all pref of FCP “warn aftar capture, make new clip” but still not the hope any.
  I have also FCP 3 version. When we Capture this system same DV they Capture it..
  Plz anybody Help Out..

  Trash the preference files for FCP 5 and try capturing again. Here are directions on how to remove the preference files properly and why this may solve your problem.
