  GPU vs RAM purely for video editing

  What is more beneficial, a GTX 770 with 24GB of RAM, or 32 GB of RAM and a lower end GPU. This is all purely for video editing with Premiere Pro and some After Effects, any help would be appreciated. Also, this will all be paired with an overclocked FX-8370E.
  IF there is anything else you’d like to recommend (Like an SSD+24GB instead) please do as I do not know much about building something purely for editing.
