I need to export my timeline as a MULTI BITRATE windows media file for an internet tv station. I guess that it rates your connection and plays the best quality that you can handle. It seems that with flip for mac there are some presets but nothing with multibitrate. here are the specifications i was given,

“”We use 3 different bit rate streams (all at 320 x 240 size ) these are all encoded as 1 wma file.””

Audio encoding mode: CBR (constant bit rate)
    Video encoding mode: CBR
    2 pass encoding

    Audience: 340 Kbps
Audio codec: Windows Media Audio 9.1
Audio format: 40 kbps, 32 kHz, stereo CBR
Video codec: Windows Media Video 9
    Video bit rate: 291 Kbps
    Video size: 320 x 240
    Frame rate: 24 fps
    Key frame: 8 s
    Image quality: 80
    Buffer size: 5 s

    Audience: 282 Kbps
Audio codec: Windows Media Audio 9.1
Audio format: 32 kbps, 32 kHz, stereo CBR
Video codec: Windows Media Video 9
    Video bit rate: 241 Kbps
    Video size: 320 x 240
    Frame rate: 24 fps
    Key frame: 8 s
    Image quality: 80
    Buffer size: 5 s
    Audience: 148 Kbps
Audio codec: Windows Media Audio 9.1
Audio format: 20 kbps, 16 kHz, stereo CBR
Video codec: Windows Media Video 9
    Video bit rate: 121 Kbps
    Video size: 320 x 240
    Frame rate: 15 fps
    Key frame: 10 s
    Image quality: 70
    Buffer size: 5 s

I am trying to avoid exporting to dv tape and then re-capturing in premier to get this encode. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I’d think you need Sorenson’s Squeeze with the Filp4mac plugin, or Telestream’s Episode Pro.
