  24 to 30 frames Quicktime Streaming

  I’m having difficulty getting a project I just did in HDV 720p24 to convert currectly in quicktime for .mov web content. The playback has a few gltiches in it. Intermittent black frames, etc. I’ve tried several things. Any helps?

  if there is not much motion 12fps looks pretty good and you will be able to deliver a better compression ratio with less frames.

  the best compressing comes from re-compressing the final output. You can do this faster and at a higher quality if you are working from an uncompressed version.
