Boris in FCP 5
Posted by Stollie on November 28, 2006 at 10:28 pmI’m a relatively new FCP user and used to use Media 100 with Boris Graffiti and FX. I’d like to use Boris as stand alone and import back into FCP. Is there a way to do this? Please help a newbie!

Boris 3D is essentially Grafitti built into FCP. You can also purchase the appropriate Boris FX version for FCP.

November 29, 2006 at 4:53 pmBoris Red can be used as a stand alone or as a plugin for FCP. I’m not sure that Boris FX can be used as a stand alone. Boris Red is like FX and Graffiti combined so it might be worth considering. I use Red regularly with FCP and wouldn’t want to edit without it.

I see the plug-in, but unless I’m not seeing it, the Boris plug-in doesn’t give you all the features you have with the full program. Hmmmm…
