  Converting to MPEG-2/problems

  I am trying to export an FCP sequence using compressor and converting it to MPEG-2.
  These are the steps I’ve taken:
  File>Export>Using Compressor
  I’m using MPEG-2 60min Hight Quality Encode>All.
  After I select the destination for both the Audio and Video and after I click “subit” a box appears saying “unable to locate background process”. ?? Help! Not quite sure what is wrong.
