    Hi,
when using filters on FCP I have noticed, annoyingly, that there are real problems between what’s happening on my Dell monitor and my glass monitor, I was wondering if anyone else had any problems? The set-up is as follows:

    G5 Quad 8Gb ram
    AJA Kona3
    Nvidia 4500 ( I think, will confirm that )
    Ikegami grade 1
    2 x Dell 2407WFP LCD panels
    FCP 5.1.1

    Plug-Ins:
    Sapphire
    Nattress
    DFT 55mm

The problem is really doing my noodle in as when I am grading and effecting material, I can’t always see the updated image on the glass monitor, it does however update on the Dell’s canvas viewer. But I ain’t gonna grade to that output!
Any enlightenment would be much appreciated…

Yeah, that happens to me sometimes too, especially when cc’ing. What I do is move the playhead back and forth a few frames and that seems to ‘wake up’ the Kona or FCP.
