AVID and FCP on same system
Hi
Cutting a programmer for tv. Unfortuneately on AVID Xpress ProHD. I want to create looks and fx’s. find much easier to do them on FCP and then transfer QT movie to the AVID. Now I have dong this on two seperate systems (FCp on laptop, AVID on the desktop) whenever I wnated to do this before. Now because my needs are much, much more complex, I need to move from one to the other a lot quicker. So has anyone had AVID and FCP on the same system- not seperate across two bootable drives (each bootable drive having one of the editing systems). I suspect that FCP will be fine wth it- I’m more worried about the AVID failing. Anyone know?
