So it turns out the cinematogrpher on the piece im editing doesn’t understand framerates very well. I have 2 types of footage. I have P2 cards from the HVX with media shot at 23.98 and I have DVCPRO HD footage that was shot at 29.97. I have never dealt with a situation like this. As of right now theres a chance we could go back to film, or we just might online it in a smoke. Either way they need to have the same FPS right? So if anyone out there knows of a link or anything that could lead me in the right direction on how to do this properly i would appreciate it.

Just so you guys know i have tried to take the P2 media through cinema tools and covert it that way (Pretty sure im doing it correctly) and all it does is speed up my footage.

    Thanks in advance,
    Jonathan
