  Sony HDR-FX1 Help

  I recently got a FX1 and having some issues logging and loading clips into FCP. If you have an FX1 and use FCP, I would appreciate knowing what AV settings you’re using. I can log clips, but it appears that FCP is not seeing the timecode on the camera when I’m actually digitize the video. Any advice?

  I use the easy setup for HDV. Works like a charm. What is your FCP version? What hardware are you trying to run it on?

  I have the latest version of FCP. I’m running it on an Intel IMac, 1G mem., 256M video card.

  I agree. I’ve never had any problem when I’ve used the Easy Setup for HDV 1080 60i. Everything works like a charm.
