How I’d do this?
Posted by Gary Carbo on June 21, 2006 at 5:31 pmI somehow changed my key command. Instead of Apple R for rendering, I now have option R. Please tell me how to change it back. I using FCP5. Thanks!

June 21, 2006 at 5:59 pmApple R is for RENDER SECTION. If you have an IN and OUT point set, or clips highlighted. OPTION R is RENDER ALL.

June 21, 2006 at 7:29 pmApple R is for renderng either in to out, or selection. Whichever is applicable, with selection taking precedence.
Option+R renders everything.
It’ll all there in the sequence menu.

ya — so, Check your render settings under your sequence menu. I’ll bet that it is set only to render Red Line and maybe Orange Line material. If you need it to render GREEN line stuff you can tell it to.
Good luck,
