  Anyone know how the get a cross hatch light filter. It’s almost like many Xs of light just catching the lightest areas.

  the easyway out is
  trapcode starglow

  Or you can use 2 instances of a precomped luma inverted matte result of the footage, and use directinal blur incombination with the screen transfer mode.
