• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Help in the output

  Hi All:
  I am at wits end. I editied a commercial on a 4:2:2 NTSC line. I am now trying to output to a DV cam tape on a Sony DSR-11. I nested the timeline to DV, and tried to output it to tape. Audio is coming through, but video is not. Please advise?
  Thanks for you help in saving my sanity.

  Check your Audio Video Settings. You’re probably still set up for Uncompressed SD.

  Just go to Easy Setup and set up for DV-NTSC.

  Make sure DSR-11 input is set to DV.

  Hi Guys:
  Thanks for the input. I set-up (in easy set-up) TO DV-NTSC, Nested DV-NTSC, and printed to tape. DSR-11 is set to DV input. same results however.
  Any other possibilities?

  Check View > External video (or external View maybe?) and make sure it’s on “All frames” and not “Off”

  Try “Refresh A/V Devices”

  Make sure your nest is fully rendered.
