  Green During Playback

  Hello,
  I have a film that is finishing on Apple uncompressed 10 bit codec. I set the sequence to this codec, and have the footage all captured properly. When I stop on a frame, the image will play, but when I attempt to playback, the screen shows only green.

  I have tried doing a “full” render, and the material still plays only in green.

  My computer has other 10 bit codecs on it, such as the black magic codec, because the computer used to have a black magic capture card on it. Could these codecs be “taking over” so to speak?

  Any ideas would be great, thanks.

  Hi,

  I occasionally green green in my playback monitor and have to trash the preferences. It happens about once a week, it’s a system that has quite a few different users and projects set ups are always getting changed. For this reason I have FCPRescue in my Dock and easily trash them. Hope this helps.
