Just now trying out Belle Nuit for subtitling and have some newbie questions.

I’m working in HD720p on FCP 5.1. I’m able to export my subtitles as HD720p, however I can’t seem to create them in the proper resolution. In other words, I can’t find any setting that tells the program that the text I’m typing needs to be placed in a 1280 x 720 frame. When it exports the HD frame all the text is small and stuck over to the left, as if it were created in a 720 x 480 frame and then that frame is placed at the top left of an HD frame.

The horizontal and vertical position slider bars only adjust the position based on a 720 x 480 frame, and I can’t figure out how to tell it to position the text in an HD frame before it exports that frame.

    I’m sure there’s something simple I’m missing… any ideas?

    Many thanks.

    Jeff
