  How do I apply an effect to a Comp and have it render before other effects?

  Magic Bullet needs to be applied first, before any other effects. If I import a Premiere Project into AE (which is awesome, no rendering), a comp is created with a layer for every clip. How can I apply Magic Bullet Suite to the entire comp, effecting every layer and ensure that AE will process Magic Bullet Suite first before all others, even effects placed on individual clips without having to re-render. I have read through the manual and it seems that adjustment layers get processed after effects in each layer. Is Pre-comping a solution, it is all getting quit confusing for this AE trainee. Any help would be appreciated.

  Layer > New > Adjustment Layer. Add the Magic Bullet Suite effect on it. Make sure this layer is on top of every other layer underneath it.
