audio problem
Posted by Sergio Deustua on February 7, 2006 at 4:23 pmthe problem is that audio was recorded with timecode frame rate at 25. Video is on panasonic high definition, so audio must be in 29,97. How can i convert 25 to 29,97?

February 7, 2006 at 8:01 pmthis is a hassle.
What you can do is burn the audio onto an audio-CD (using itunes or any other application)
and then re-import the audio into FCP.
If that does not work, you need to do serious time-stretching. try the following to see how the quality turns out:
paste the video in a FCP timeline.
Then match the inpoint and outpoint of the video in the canvas en the audio in the viewer (I-O). Then FITFILL the audio into the timeline…good luck
