random/specific number
Posted by Antony Buonomo on November 14, 2006 at 2:19 pmAnyone know of a way (other than using 2 layers) of getting my random number (generated with the number effect) to end on a number I can specify?
Many thanks.

November 14, 2006 at 3:05 pmyou can use the text tool with a text animator applied. thats the why i would do it.
check this one here:
https://www.online-showreel.de/random_numbers.zip
you can edit the text at any point to define the frozen numbers at the end.
good luck,

November 14, 2006 at 7:40 pmUse the Text->Number plugin. The trick is in setting a value for the Random/Value parameter. It’s pretty straight-forward.
