  Jagged edges on Matrox codec

  We have DV footages shot in green screen. Using keylight, we found out that the edges were too jagged. We tried it using different PC and it seemed ok. After further troubleshooting, we found out that PCs which have matrox codec installed have these issues. After uninstalling matrox codec, we applied keylight and the edges seemed to be ok. My question is, is this a known issue with matrox codec? Are there any settings I have to tweak using this codec?
