  Missing Windows – What happened and how do i fix it?

  So I am new to mac … and within FCP – I have lost my timeline and canvas windows – so I have tried re arranging my windows back to standard… no luck also in the DOCK on the mac there are no windows there that are minimized… and under the windows pull down menu …. the options for timeline and canvas are grayed out… What happened and how do i fix it?

  Double click on a sequece in your browser. That should open the canvas and timeline.
