    Hi list,

Wondering if anyone would know of a way to place filters or folders of filters closer to the time line for applying more easily to clips. It would be awesome if one could access groups of filters like one can buttons just above the timeline or somehow be able to include them in contextual/drop down menus. Working on a 30 inch monitor my wrist is taking a beating pulling down groups of filters which I have saved in groups as favorites int he browser. Is there any easier way I’m not seeing.

Mant thanks to all and Happy New year.

I’ve never done it but you may be able to assign your own keystroke by creating scripts. Is that possible?

I usually take a handful of filters (–also video and audio transitions) that I use on a very regular basis, and place them in the favorites folder. From there, assign keyboard shortcuts to the favorites. (Look for Video Filter Favorites, Audio Transition Favorites, and Video Transition Favorites)
This may or may not help you, but it saves me a TON of time just selecting

this may be a dumb Q, but how do you assign the keyboard shortcuts?
    thanks

Thank you Tima dn Frank. This is a huge time saver. I guess I just have to remember the description for each folder of filters.

Hmmm. Paybe I can write in the appropriate shortcut in the description of each folder in the browser.

Thanks and again for putting me on trak. Happy holidays!!!!!

Following up on this thread. When I assign short cut to favorite filters, the shortcut gives me just the first filter inside a folder of filters which is first in line in my favorites list in the browser. Is there any way I can have the entire folder of filters assessable with the shortcut command.

Many thanks and happy New Year to all.
