Getting 2 different aspect ratios upon output from the same timeline
I have an indpendent feature shot on the Panasonic DVX 100A 24p that I cut in FCP5. In addition to the footage, my opening includes several jpeg images that are refusing to project at the same aspect ratio as the video. Both elements are coming from a the same timeline and thus have identical settings. At the test projection today, the stills went out at 1.77:1 and the 24p footage was at 1.66:1. Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this issue. Also, what are the bst sequence settings for 24p in general. I noticed a change in my sequence window when switching between 3:2, and 16:9 anamorphic, but very little difference on my external viewing monitor. Is one setting more ideal than the others for both editing and output?
Thanks,
