• Apple Final Cut Pro Legacy

  Qmaster Issue

  I am having no luck in getting Qmaster to work. I have networked two of my G5’s via my router and both machines have Qmaster installed but so far I can’t figure out how to link both through Qmaster to render. Any help, suggestions would be great!!

  Having Qmaster is part of the of the equation. What app are you trying to use it with?

  I hate to say it, but the Qmaster manual is about as clear as it gets. You will find an additional manual that explains Qmaster for the particular app you are using. it largely the same text but has some specific instructions.

  Thanks and you are correct!! I should spend more time reading the manual. I guess I thought it might be a little easier. I am trying to connect Final Cut Pro 5 with Qmaster. I know it works with Shake, etc., but for me only FCP.

  FCP 5 doesnt work with Qmaster.
  Its there for Compressor, which does.

  Thanks….I Finally got all the manuals so I am going through them now.
