  Brightness shifts in rendered clips

  I have video I captured at the Aurora 10 bit extreme UC codec and am editing in the same codec. Everytime I render any effect, the blacks in the image become whiter and crush detail in those blacks. It creates a sort of lighter flash frame on play back. I have played with every render option I could find and the shift will not go away. I have tried all the “Video Processing” options in sequence settings and it hasn’t made my rendered footage match my non rendered footage. What am I doing wrong? What can I do to match my rendered
