  clip has wrong TC after Conform on FCP

  after conform from FCP TC go nuts in some clips
  ex; 00:10:15:13 – 00:09:59:10 – 00:10:15:15
  and the weirdest thing is the clip sstart at 00:10:00:00, taht means this TC is not in this clip from the begining .. no handle time in capture
