How to elimnate photo edges on TV monitor & Computer monitor using DSR-30
I have a question about monitor versus Computer versus computer viewing. I make video montages using a video recorder. I record the pictures to Mini DV tape in a DSR-30 DVCAM (from the video camera). I view the output from the video out ports on a TV monitor to insure the edges do not show. When I import it into Final Cut Pro, you can see some edges that are not seen on the TV monitor. The finished product plays great on a normal TV, but when shown on a Mini DVD player, a projector to large groups on a screen or played on a computer, the edges can be seen.
Is there a way to see from the DSR-30 DVCAM out put what it will look like on a computer monitor as well as a TV monitor. The goal is to get close enough to the picture eliminate the edges from the screen on both types of monitors, but not cut off important parts of the picture on the TV monitor.
