  When I put a Photoshop PSD file over my video, where there is no clips it moves the text

  I am using FCP, and PSC2

  I have a sequence that has a black start (lead in) and I have put a copyright statement at the bottom (using PSC2 1440×1080 template) but when it moves from the black (no video) to video it moves the text down a little bit

  I am using HD 1080i50 off a FX1

  Any ideas why its moving,

  Are you rendering this out and looking at it on a video monitor?

  No this is in just the play screen on the right, when I render and export it, it still has it moving.
