  • What is the right gamma setting for web movies to play nice on PCs?

I’m compressing using Sorenson 3 to make web movies. I’ve noticed the video is much darker on PCs than on Macs. It has to do with the gamma levels for the different monitor settings on the different platforms. My question is this: What gamma level should I set in FCP so the video looks good on a PC? This way I can see the what the video looks like before I export from the timeline.

    Thanks in advance!

I calibrate my monitors for gamma 2,0 and make
