Just want to post a note saying, “Congratulations!” It very nice hear that a regular guy who wrrites plugins for fun gets major recognition for his achievement. And BTW, the plugins are awesome! They blow away the Magic Bullet plugins that we have. Much faster render times with the same effects.

Hey Graeme, I thought it was really great, and BTW, I would hardly refer to you as a “regular guy!” Can’t wait to see your uprez program…

Thanks Chris. It’s still in the works, and it’s proving tricky, but I hope that just means it’s going to be even better when I get it working.

I am waiting for your “auto iris” plug in for situation where brightness changes and it is hard to do it manually. That plug in would really simplify editing. We exchanged posts about it here few weeks ago.
Thanks for contributing here and for your plug ins and standards conversion.

    Hey Graeme,
    Congratulations!
But OT again, have you written any more articals about DV 24p and 24pa work flow? I read the one on Ken Stones site, but I am having difficulty understanding if I need to do something else to Cannon 24p footage after it has been captured and cut at 29.97. Do I need to take it back into Cinema Tools and convert it to 24p to make a nice DVD for the festivals? This is only my 2nd 24p job, the first was in 24pa. That one seemed pretty straight forward, print to tape and FCP adds the pulldown on the fly right? I’m in LA and go to LAFCPUGs, could you recommend any other sites to get fully educated on this process.
