  FCP Is the Field Order Selectable from Source or Fixed?

  I am about to use FCP (on a Dual Mac G5) and import image sequences generated
  in 3ds Max….

  Now I am going to need to field render in NTSC and I have this small question about
  FCP (I have never even touched this progam or the Mac yet)

  a)if I render in fields (lower) in 3ds Max, do I have a choice of whether I can pick
  the field dominance from a menu in FCP, or

  b) The field order is fixed in FCP, and I need to select the field order CORRECTLY in 3ds Max?

  I hope a) is the case!
