I’ve got a deck control problem with my Decklink Pro card, it’ll control any deck but my digi beta. A week ago it was fine. I installed the newest drivers, etc. but still no results. I swapped the card into another Mac and it worked great and the other card messed up on the other system as it had on the first, telling me it was probably a hardware issue with the card.

However, support tells me that the real culprit is 10.3.9 and they won’t talk to me again until I somehow remove it, reverting to 10.3.8 or upgrade to 10.4.2 and mess up my current projects. Has anyone else dealt with the problem? Is there an easy way to revert to 10.3.8?

Clone your system to another drive (using carbon copy cloner), or just back up your files and then wipe the main system drive and install Panther and the updates from scratch. Then you will have to install every application again.

That is the only way to go backwards.
