  jvc hd10u 720/30P in final cut pro 5 is it faster to edit than 1080i?

  does anybody have any experience or info on editing jvc hd10u 720/30P in final cut pro 5. Is it faster to edit than 1080i hdv? I am wondering because of it being smaller does this mean that it will not have to conform/render as long.
