  Does your FCP 5 show an “autosaving now” window?

  because mine isn’t, and every 15 minutes I freak out that my machine is crashing when my project suddenly hangs up for 10 seconds. . .

  Look in the autosave folder… are there autosaves there? small project files save so fast there, that you really don’t see the autosave…

  Mine works fine in 5.0.2 running on 10.4.2.
