  Audio Question: Footage shot with Canon XL1S

  I am trying to edit DV footage shot with a Canon XL1S camera. The camera’s boom mic recorded on Audio 1 (Right & Left). A Lavalier recorded on Audio 2 (Right). When I capture the footage all I am getting is the boom mic from Audio 1, yet I can hear the lav mic from Audiol 2 (using a Panasonic AG-DV2000 deck). What I am hearing is not what is being captured. I’ve tried the various audio clip settings with no luck. Suggestions?
