  • Grainy 70’s style 16mm look with Magic Bullet Editors?? How?? (new to MBE)

    Hi all,..

I putting the finishing touches to a project as I type and have just gotten the Magic Bullet Editors add-on and am trying to get an old 70’s grainy 16mm look for these title menus I’m doing. I’ve added A/ Misfire Basic Scratches (3 scratches), B/ Misfire Dust (with the parametres at 5,5,60 & 65) and C/ Misfire Grain (and only lowered the “Amount” to 36…not touching any other parametres). But it still looks like it could be better.

    Any hints??

New to MBE and loving it.

    Thanks in advance,..

It sounds like it is a matter of taste. Try tweaking it more until you get your desired look. It can always look better if it wasn’t originally shot on film 25 years ago.
