  TGA import in anamorphic (16:9)

  Is there a way to set FCP’s default TGA import setting to apply the anamorphic pixel ratio?

  I’m working on a project with TGA stills and text builds. Could be several hundred images. TGAs are 720×480 (NTSC) composed for 16:9.

  Currently I’m clicking on each image, in the bin, and applying the pixel ratio. Wish I could select a group of clips (TGA’s) and make the change. They are not image sequences.

  David,

  Can you try applying the distortion to the first file and paste attributes to the others? FWIW, I make all graphics for anamorphic projects at 864×540.
