  Something Like Spicemaster Pro for OSX

  Is there another 3rd party plugin or site that has organic transitions like Spicemaster pro that is available on a Mac?

  You can buy the Video SpiceRack transitions that include most all of the ones found in SpiceMaster. (Both are made by the same company.)

  With SpiceRack, you can apply the files to your clips and because they are used as mattes, they’ll work just fine.
