I just noticed that my video I have been encoding for 2 hours as 1 frame of white that I dont want in it. I guess I didnt set the in point correct. Is there a way in Quicktime Pro, FCP, or DVD Studio Pro to cut out the 1 frame that I dont want? Or do I really have to re-encode the whole thing. Its at the very beginning of my M2v file.

    Thanks!

If you are going to take it in to DVDSP then you can trim the frame off in there although it will probably trim a few more frames with it.

DVD studio pro has a timeline. Much like FCP does. You can “pull back” a frame if need be. However, DVDSP tends to pull back more than you would want. If you don’t see the timeline, you can pull it up from the windows menu.
