  Input Problems

  I’ve just purchased and installed the latest Media100 Suite. I have the Kona LHe card. Video output is working fine but having issues importing audio and video from BetaSP. Hardware setup is exactly the same as previous version. Audio input is set to AES/EBU (XLR) coming from an audio board. Video input is set to SD component. I get black screen on the M100 source monitor although Input Channel Mapping is green. No audio is present and those are yellow. Any ideas?

  Audio input is set to AES/EBU (XLR)
  
  I would assume you should set the audio input to Analog.
  AES/EBU is digital XLR.
  If you are using an analog Beta VTR, like a UVW-1800, PVW2800 or BVW-75, then you should be set to analog audio in, using XLR cable.
