  DataVideo DN-20

  We’ve been working with DataVideo’s DN-40 and Hitachi’s ZRD-1 mediapac recorders for a year. These create MOV files that we are able to drag and drop into our Media100 system. We picked up a couple of DataVideo DN-20 recorders and get a 2015 error when we try to bring these files into Media100. The only difference that we see is that the DN-20 creates Little Endian files and the other recorders create Big Endian files. The files look fine in Quicktime. Any suggestions?

  Problem solved, Tried several versions of firmware with Data Video, the DN-20 now works with firmware version D10501130877N615. Also running Media100 1.6.2 (Beta).
