Hello. I am having issues with Media 100 HDe. It seems as though the analog i/o (audio and video) on the junction box and/or the video card have quit sending a signal to and from my vtr decks and router. The digital SD video out works fine and I’ve been taking my sound from the speaker out of the Mac. Also, I’ve been getting the error “Real-time playback errors occurred where there are no items to render. Check your system’s performance, disk speed and compression settings.” That error typically occurs when playing a rendered file, quicktime movie or HD video. Normal, un-altered video plays back as it should. One last thing, I’ve lost control of my vtr decks. I haven’t altered anything from when it was working till now when it stopped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Our engineer seems to think it’s a software settings issue, but I haven’t changed any settings since Media 100 was installed a couple of years ago.

    My system is as follows:
Mac Pro Dual-Core Intel Xeon 2 GHz 4 GB ram
    OSx 10.4.11, Media 100 HDe version 12.0.3, QuickTime 7.6.4

Slot configuration as it appears in the profiler:
    Slot-1- NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT
    Slot-3: PCI-PCI Bridge
    Slot-3: PCI-PCI Bridge
    Slot-3 @8,12,0: pcif1d0,c0fe: Type: Video
    Slot-4: PCI-PCI Bridge
    Slot-4: PCI-PCI Bridge
    Slot-4: ATTO ExpressPCI UL5D
    Slot-4: ATTO ExpressPCI UL5D

    Thanks! Marty Hughes
