  AVC Intra

  Any word on when/if there will be support for the AVC Intra codec thru Media 100. HPX 2000 camera has the board as an option, writing to P2 @ 10bit. Final Cut has added it to their P2 import. We have the camera and got the board for free thru a Panasonic promotion, and would like to take advantage of it.

  Just curious. How many people currently use or plan to use this codec in their workflow. It seems almost monthly now there is a new codec or format that we cannot live without.

  Since its 10 bit acquisition @ 4:2:2 seems like a good codec to use in the field. I know if feels like flavor of the month…
