  No SDI input on Media 100 HDx board / vs 12.03

  We have upgraded the board and the software version at the same time, so it’s the first time that we use vs 12 with the HDx board. We are checking if everything works fine, the component SD input/output is ok. We can also output previously acquired material (generated test files) from the timeline to SD-SDI and HD-SDI outputs. But it’s impossible to acquire using the HDx board through its SDI inputs (SD and HD). We have tried to enter with a video source SD 576 50i and with an HD 1080 50i and in both situations there wasn’t video signal input (only audio works fine).
  We have connected our source directly to the SDI input on our HD/SD JVC monitor, and the picture was visible and perfect.

  we have checked the connector board/card, and the sdi hd contact was folded. We have straighten it up, and now it works… on the other hand, the sd sdi contact wasn’t folded, but no video signal pass through… 🙁
