  Black Clips on Media 100i

  Greetings:

  I just installed a SATA card and 500 GB SATA drive into my G4 Digital Audio Mac running Media 100i 7.5.1 under Mac OS 9.2.2.
  Now when I digitize clips into the bin, the clips play back OK, but the clips in the bins (thumbnails) appear black (no video) I even tried partitioning the drive into multiple virtual drives of less than 137 GB, but it made no difference. Any ideas about what I’m dealing with here?
