• Media 100

  Codec issue?

  My HDe (with OEM Aja card) can’t read the media files from older Media 100i (just blank screen ), and also digitized files from HDe can’t be read in After Effects. Does this have to do with codec and/or plug-ins? Can any one pls enlighten me in details, where can I download the codec/plug-ins and how to install them… Thanks so lot.

  Just reinstall your Media 100 application. The codecs get installed automatically.

  Thanks Floh. I will have the chance to re install only at the end of this week.Just curious, why the coded did not get installed initially? Is it not unusual to do the re-installation twice or more times? Do we need to delete any old files before reinstalling the Media 100 HDe?
